What we build

UpEasy, the CRM built for crewing. One record per seafarer, nothing expires unnoticed.

A specialised CRM for crewing agencies: every seafarer's papers in one live record, the agency's own forms filled from it, and candidates put in front of shipowners — while the seafarer keeps their own documents, for free.

UpEasy is in a private test with invited crewing agencies. Seafarers join free, always, from the link their agency sends; shipowners join by their agency's invitation.

A crewing agency that wants to try it: Ask for access

In the CRM

The list a crewing office keeps, alive

Every seafarer with the date that matters next: ready to join, a medical running out, a certificate already gone. Read at a glance, from across the desk.

Example records — not real seafarers.

The idea

Everything about one seafarer, arriving in one place

Shipownerswhat they need, and their answer Seafarerstheir papers, photographed Vesselswho is on board, and until when Application formsanother company's blank, read Your own listthe Excel the office keeps One live record per seafarer, in your CRM

A seafarer photographs a passport, a shipowner writes down what it needs, a contract says who is aboard, another company's form arrives as a PDF, and the roster sits in an Excel file. UpEasy is where those five stop being five places: one record per seafarer, and every form you owe filled from it.

Three sides of one record

What changes for each of them

For crewing agencies

Answer a principal the same day, with papers you already know are good

One live record per seafarer replaces the folders, the chats and the list that is always slightly out of date.

  • Every seafarer's passport, certificates and medical in one place, with the dates that actually matter.
  • See at a glance who is ready to join a rank on a vessel — and exactly what is missing for those who are not.
  • A warning before a certificate runs out, not after port state control finds it.
  • Your own application form filled from the record and exported the way your client wants it, with every scan attached.
  • Offer a candidate to a shipowner and get the questions and the decision in one place, not in an email thread.

For shipowners and ship managers

Approve a candidate without the email thread

The agencies you work with put candidates in front of you complete, and you answer where you read them.

  • Candidates arrive with their documents, sea service and validity already checked by the agency.
  • Ask the agency or the seafarer a question, and approve or reject, from the same page.
  • You see only what the agency chose to show you. Nothing to install, nothing to pay.

Shipowners join through the invitation their crewing agency sends.

For seafarers · free, always

Your papers, once, in your pocket

Photograph each document one time and stop being asked for the same scan by every agency.

  • Share your documents with the agencies you choose, and withdraw when you leave.
  • A reminder before anything expires, so you renew at home rather than in a port.
  • Answer a shipowner's question and see the decision from your phone.
  • Free, always. MLC 2006 forbids charging you for finding work, and we hold to it.

Where your data sits

Said plainly, with the places named

  • The database is in the European Union, in Frankfurt.
  • Scans are encrypted inside the application before they go anywhere and kept apart from the database, in storage under EU jurisdiction. Each opening is checked against your agency's access and logged.
  • The application itself runs in the United States today; the records are stored in Frankfurt and read from there. We say it here rather than leave it for you to find.
  • Not an AI employee: nothing here promises to take the work off your office. AI reads a document into fields with a confidence level; a person confirms. Nothing is checked until someone in the office signs it off.

Every company that touches your data on our behalf, and what each one sees, is listed in the CRM's legal notices.
